Starting at the top, the fabric cover reduces friction against the foot while helping manage perspiration to keep you cool and dry. The insole’s core is made from moderately dense foam that provides gentle support while still allowing your feet to sink comfortably into the cushioning. Reinforced arch and heel structures offer semi-rigid support and cradle the heel for improved comfort and stability, and the optional heel cap adds even more support when needed.
