Used to patch fishing waders and worked well.

If used for the intended repair - Yes, good product

In all fairness the product is designed for neoprene repair - I used it for
repairing an expensive pair of bicycling bibs that had two tears - I had read
reviews and recommendations that this product was used for such, so I tried it.
It kind of worked...after one use of the bibs, I saw that the patches I applied
were starting to lift on the edges in different places...after washing the bibs,
the patches lifted a little more. So, if I was to recommend for the repair of
cycling shorts - I would not do so. Easy to use, good instructions which I
followed exactly.
