Good hold

Tape is too sticky , advises too much and rips Cuticle when taking off

Great value finger tape

If you train in a gi and practice spider guard, your fingers probably look like a 95yo with arthritis. If so, buy this tape and help your precious fingers heal! Great tape and more rolls than I expected for the price.
