How To Fill Maize Bag
Place nylon bag inside of Maize bag. Pour desired amount of chickpeas into bag (amount used depends on desired density of the bag). Close nylon bag and Maize bag.
Nice bag and nice price. Padded and comes with an inside drawstring liner bag and well made. I mounted mine to a hanger with built in swivel because i am restricted in height in my basement. Filled it with a mix of dry pinto beans and cracked deer feed corn about a 75/25 mix (corn/beans) I put a 6lb bag of #5 lead shot used for diving at the bottom for added weight and resistance, works great. Total weight was 58.6 lbs. once filled. I'm sure I'll be able to squeeze some more corn in once everything settles after a few workouts. I'm not a big guy (5' 9" 156lbs) and the bag doesn't swing to crazy just a nice sway I definitely recommend this teardrop bag for any home gym.

Rival Boxing Training Maize Bag
I bought the Rival Boxing Training Maize Bag to hang in my basement. I installed the bag's joist mount while waiting for the bag to arrive, filled it with 40lbs. of cracked corn and mounted it the day it arrived was a snap. The bag has an amazing feel, it absorbs tremendously heavy punches and then comes right back for more. I've had the bag for two weeks and can't stop punching on it, I can feel the strength developing in my arms and shoulders with every workout. The Rival Boxing Training Maize Bag is a quality piece of gear easily worth its salt, I recommend it for anyone who has an avid interest in strength and fitness.
