These bag gloves must never be used for sparring or hitting another person. They are designed specifically for bag and punch mitt use only. The layered foam padding used in the construction of these bag gloves are of a hard, high density nature not intended for sparring.
Great bag gloves. Great impact feel on the bag and compact around the hands. I will say I sized up based on recommendations from others online who have tried these gloves, and they fit will but kinda wish they were a bit tighter. I do wonder if they would’ve fit better if I followed the size guide. All around still great bag gloves for the price
