Awesome grip trainer. Get this one if you're a beginner, and then after a few
months of every other day training get the 0.5 and start over, every few months
try to move up. GET MAN HANDS.

Excellent hand grip. Its tension is real. Don't underestimate it.

These hand grips are really strong. I personally don't like how the metal feels
in my hands. It hurts my skin, so I wear leather gloves or a handkerchief when
using it. Don't underestimate this item. You really need to put some strength to
close it. No jokes, no toys. Higher number are notoriously harder to close, and
I mean it. Overall, this is a great investment of excellent quality.
