SKLZ Reactive Agility Training Cones - Multicolor

The SKLZ Reactive Agility Training Cones help improve coordination, agility, and reaction time by combining mental and physical training. The Reactive Agility Cones can be used to help athletes of any skill level develop their Athletic Intelligence by training them to read and react in use with cone-based drills. The set includes eight cones in four different colors and numbers to enhance random response and memory sequencing patterns. By combining color and audible cues during training, athletes are forced to think and react about the correct color to run to, around, or through. Their safe and soft design helps prevent injuries when players make contact with cones. The cones are also created to pair with the Pro Training Agility Poles (not included) to add another obstacle and drill. Simply call out a color or number to train athletes' quick thinking and reacting that is needed for in-game situations. Use the agility cones for pregame warmups, game-like scenarios in solo or team training, practice drills, or for fun in the backyard.
