Great piece of gear

Typical Rival high quality. Takes a couple days of hanging full of water and getting punched on to soften up.

Rock on chain

I researched aqua bags for months now and it made the most sense. Easy on the joints and knuckles but quite the opposite. I have 180inch wraps and 16oz gloves and I feel like I'm punching a rock

Great Bag!

The Aqua Punching Bag is a great bag to add to your arsenal of boxing equipment. The 18 inch bag weighed in around 120lbs and is big enough for a variety of punches. The water inside seems to absorb more of my punches and reduces overall impact on my shoulders. Only down side is you are going to have to trade out body shots for uppercuts.
