Responsive/helpful staff; disappointing heavy bag

I give five stars to the staff and how quickly they sent the product to me. Unfortunately, the unfilled heavy bag emitted such a strong plastic solvent odor, even after weeks of off-gassing in the garage, I didn't want to use it. Since I had health concerns about using the bag I was not comfortable trying to sell it to someone else on Craigslist, so I tossed the bag out. I was interested in purchasing a pair of Cleto Reyes training bag gloves, but I will not order the gloves out of concern the gloves may have the same problem as the heavy bag. I wish I could be more positive, but this was my experience.
