Very smooth

It's a very nice swivel, good quality and very fun to use. Pin wears out quickly though, used it for about two weeks and then it broke, so fair warning.

pin broke in 2 months

in less then two months the pin that held it in broke and now bag doesn't stay on and can't find replacement

Ok but not the best.

My reason for the rating being low. I have used one of the best swivels ever made Deville 13. You can't get it for some reason. I wore that swivel out over time. metal on metal actually wears after prolonged use. So I purchased this swivel. It's not as smooth very noisy and rebound is sloppy. I will keep it because the way I use my speed bag it works for some of my drills. I love using the speed bag for various boxing drills. I can still hit this swivel pretty hard. So I will get by. If I can get another deville 13 this one will come down. There is nothing better to me than a ball and socket swivel.
