Perfect balance
I like it but I always have to fill it a bit before using. Never deflates completely but does lose air. Not experienced with speed bags, maybe I'm filling too much.

Bag leaks from the top and will not hold air. 12 hours and it's totally flat. Love rival. Have lots of their stuff and it's great, but this was disappointing
