Game changer for sure!

It seemed like “sore heels” was just a part of being an active and always in the go. A doctor suggested I try adding a quality heel insert to my running shoes. After trying b several with no improvement I happened upon the Sof Sole arch /heel insole and I it took one busy day of running a few miles and then going non-stop through 8 pm with no heel soreness or pain. It has been seven years and I keep a couple of pairs around to ensure the heel/arch related issues stay under control!
