Grip Handles for resistance bands works ...

Grip Handles for resistance bands works good. I can fit,with some work. A thick
resistance bands through the seam.You have to have strong hands though.For the
thicker resistance bands.

Great Product

These grips are about as high as quality comes. And they have the added
advantage of being able to incorporate up to three cables at once. So you can
vary the resistance to suit your purposes. But one word of caution. If you
intend to use the higher resistance Lifeline cables like the 90-100lbs. levels,
you're going to find it very challenging up stretch the cable to fit into the
retainubf slot. And once you have it installed, it'll probably be equally if not
more difficult to remove it.
